Hello Swimmers and Parents,
Spinning is a high energy, cardiovascular workout that will also
boost your leg strength. How will this help you in
swimming? This training will help to increase your
endurance and your kicking speed. Have your legs ever
felt "dead" in the last half of your race? This will
help you to keep a strong kick when you need it most.
This Wednesday, February 10th, we will have two sessions available
for swimmers. 5:40-6:40 PM and 6:40-7:40 PM.
Please sign up for a "JOB" as we only have 20
spots available for each session. Once all 20 spots are
filled, we will have to close the session.
Also, please note that the spinning bikes are able to accommodate
athletes at least 5 feet tall. If a swimmer is not tall
enough for the bike, he/ she will not be allowed to participate as
this may cause injury.
